Business Intelligence with Cleverbit: A Risk Free Proposal

Who we are and how we do things

We take on the business needs of our clients and create the tech needed to deliver sustainable and scalable growth. From integrating existing systems to creating new efficiencies, and from expanding client dev teams to harnessing the power of Business Intelligence, we craft the tech that matters.

Why B.I.?

Data, presented as actionable insights, is the new gold.

Cleverbit BI combines all of your data points and delivers unified dashboards, real-time reporting, and insights that translate into unprecedented business efficiency.

The good news is that BI is now accessible to practically any corporation that wants to invest in it, no matter their size.

Some SMEs have already caught on to this fact:

  • 33% of medium-sized companies adopted some kind of BI solution.
  • 28% of medium-sized companies planned to take advantage of a BI solution.
  • 32% of smaller organisations have either adopted a BI solution or are in the process of implementing one.

If you haven’t yet invested in business intelligence, not only are you missing out on opportunities to improve and expand your business, but you’re also falling behind competitors that have. With business intelligence software, you get a full-blown overview on how your business ran in the past, how it’s running now, and how it can run in the future.

If you’d like to read more about the benefits and intricacies of BI, here are 5 ways business intelligence can take your decision-making to the next level.

Start your BI journey with a risk-free proposal

Our approach starts with understanding the full context of our clients’ issue and we think of solutions that are cost-efficient, quick to deploy, and scalable. In short, we take on your objectives and approach them like they were our own.

A couple of members of our team will sit down with you to understand your business, your KPIs, your industry, and most importantly, the data-related pain points you have. Through this session, we’ll get a clearer picture of what sort of reports and visualisations would boost your ability to make accurate decisions using your own data.

With the big picture firmly in our minds, we’ll organise a 2-hour workshop to take a look at your data sources so that we can understand the technical requirements needed for the project.

With all this information in hand, we’ll deliver a complete proposal for a BI solution that will provide you with interactive reports that allow you to effectively measure your company’s performance based on the KPIs that matter most.

When proposing a solution, we think like a business and use technology as a tool. We are primarily concerned with the sustainability of any proposed technology – a solution should provide clear economic benefits and retain long-term relevance.

FAQs

What’s the commitment from our end?

There are zero strings attached throughout the entire proposal stage. The only commitment from your end is the time we’ll need for you to explain the KPI’s you want to measure and an introduction to the source systems. We put pen to paper only if you decide the proposal is worth your investment.

If I accept, do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Absolutely not. If you decide to accept the proposal, we will draw up an agreement to deliver it, as is. If you decide to expand the solution and gain further reporting sets, as many of our clients end up doing, we can work on it together under a separate agreement.

How quickly will we see value?

You will typically start seeing results within the first weeks of delivery, during which you have full access to the progress and outputs. The typical delivery time for the entire project is 4-6 weeks.

How much will the project cost?

The proposal itself costs you nothing, however, if you decide to proceed with the project, these are the only three cost considerations:

  • Microsoft Power BI License (1 user) – € 9.00 per month.
  • Solution hosting – we suggest using the existing hosting service of the client, unless they don’t have one, we can make suggestions, but it always stays within the client’s control.
  • Development cost based on project complexity (the pilot will be quoted as a fixed-cost project).
What’s Power BI?

Power BI is a Microsoft product and is one of the most powerful and flexible data visualisation tools on the market. We know it inside-out and are officially certified by Microsoft to create solutions with it. If you’d like to read more about the technology we use, you can read more here.

What do your clients say about you?

“I’ve worked for this company for over 20 years and have long dreamed of sharing critical insights buried in our vast data stores. Cleverbit helped make this dream come true – it’s been absolutely amazing to see it become a reality for our clients!” – Herb Billings, Vice President Product Strategy at Datascan, LP

While most of our clients prefer to keep their cards close to the chest when it comes to their use of BI, the team at Datascan were more than happy for us to share our BI journey with them. Read more about their business intelligence project.
